I just bought this from a local retailer & felt this fabulous urge to write a retell about it.
this thing is horrible. It is very Very heavy, bulky, not wireless/cordless, runs out of steam after 1 sweater, and more importantly, it doesn't do anyone to the wrinkles. I bought this in a flurry to try to steam my way through my ironing pile (which was growing by the day). After I got this thing started up & hung the vertical ironing thing, and brought out my hangers. The first item I steamed was a cardigan, and it didn't convert much from its previously wrinkled state, even though there Was steam arrival out of it. The second item I tried to steam was a light t-shirt (I understanding maybe the bulk of the sweater was the problem) the light t-shirt's wrinkles became lighter, but didn't disappear. More importantly, as man else here mentioned, it bunches up the material then twists it or something, so it creates more wrinkles that it fixes!
this will be the quickest return Ive ever made: 2 hours! this goes back immediately.
what a waste.
