great but not on blends : Haan GS30 Professional Garment Steamer with Attachments
I have used this steamer for just over 1 year now, with an midpoint use of once a week (lets call it 54 times max.). The unit will no longer function due to what appears to be a faulty thermostat. The theory will now steam for only 1 min. Before it defaults into a low water mode. I have maintained this unit to the definite guidlines linked with the manual, including Never leaving residual water in the system. Note that in increasing my house is fitted with a high end Kinetico soft water filtration system, which is providing good capability water for the reservoir.
I have feel Haan and their position is that they can not help me. I am very dissapointed with this unit and extremely recommend that the buyer be aware of this Haan product, as well as their lack of product warranty and customer service.
