I've had this steamer for a microscopic over a month. It's working great.
Cleaning Tip: The instructions say that if you use tap water, to clean the steamer out by using a vinegar and water compound every so often. I tried this once and it took a while to get that vinegar smell to go away. Use a integrate tablespoons of bleach with water instead. Rinse out the water reservoir. Use about 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of bleach and let the steamer run for about 10 minutes. Drain the depot and the main unit and wipe it clean with a paper towel.
Technique Tip: It would be smart to invest in a high temperature glove. I know there are times when I practically burn myself with the steam. I found using a glove on one hand makes it much easier than trying to pin the clothes down.
